    Refund & Return Policy

    At WIKKOU, each item is made-to-order with care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.


    1. No Returns or Exchanges

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or you received the wrong product.


    2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged item or the wrong design, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

    • A clear photo of the item and packaging

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    We’ll review the case and either offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

    3. Order Changes or Cancellations

    Because we use automated fulfillment, orders can only be changed or canceled within 3 hour of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be altered.


    4. Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

    • First, check your tracking number and local post office.

    • If it is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement free of charge.

    Note: We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.


    5. Wrong Shipping Address

    We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
